Windows 11 · Windows 10 · Hardware drivers

The update your PC is missing, straight from the source.

We index Windows patches and hardware driver releases, check every destination by hand, and send you to the publisher's own download page. No wrappers, no bundled installers, no ad page standing between you and the file.

Verification

A directory is only as good as its links

Most “driver updater” sites sell you a wrapper around a free download. We do the opposite: we point at the original file and show our work.

01

Sourced at the publisher

Each package is traced to the vendor’s own download endpoint — Microsoft Update Catalog, NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Realtek — never to a mirror or a re-upload.

02

Checked by hand

We open the destination, confirm the file, the version branch and the supported Windows builds, then record the date it was last verified.

03

Re-checked monthly

Links rot. Every entry is re-tested on a rolling monthly cycle, and superseded branches are marked instead of quietly deleted.

Update alerts

Stop checking. Get told.

Tell us your Windows version and graphics vendor. When a new release lands in the catalog for that combination, you get one short email with the direct link.

No daily digests. No partner offers.

Questions

What people ask before updating

Does PC Updater install anything for me?

No. PC Updater does not host, package or download files. Every entry is a link to the publisher’s own download page, and the file comes from that vendor directly. There is no installer, toolbar or bundled software from us.

How do I know which Windows update I need?

Open Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates first. Windows installs servicing-stack and cumulative updates itself. Use the catalog when Windows Update is stuck, when you need to install on an offline machine, or when you want a specific build from the Microsoft Update Catalog.

What is the difference between a driver and a Windows update?

A Windows update is shipped by Microsoft and patches the operating system. A driver is written by the hardware maker — NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Realtek — and tells Windows how to talk to a component such as your graphics card, audio chip or network adapter.

Do I need a third-party driver updater program?

Usually not. Windows Update covers most drivers, and graphics vendors ship their own tools. A manual download from the maker is the most predictable path, which is exactly what this catalog is for — no subscription required.

Are the links free?

Yes. Every download listed here is free. Some hardware makers require an account for support downloads, but none of them charge for a driver update, and we never charge for finding it.

What should I do if an update breaks something?

Create a restore point before installing a major driver branch change. If a graphics driver misbehaves, use the vendor’s clean-install option or roll back through Device Manager → Display adapters → Properties → Driver → Roll Back Driver.

Is PC Updater affiliated with Microsoft?

No. PC Updater is an independent index. Microsoft, NVIDIA, AMD, Intel and other names are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe what a package contains.
